High School League Rules
We will be using NFHS field rules, the current High School CIF Rules you are used to, with the following modifications.

1.) NO cross-checking, NO checking into the boards, and NO checking when someone's momentum carries them into the boards!!! This is not the NLL or Canada !!!!
2.) One-Handed Wrap Checks are by definition a slash.
3.) The offensive team has 30 seconds to make a shot on goal.
A shot on goal shall be defined as the ball making contact with the goalkeeper (while the goaltender is within the crease), goalposts or crossbar prior to crossing the goal line. The shot must originate from the front or side of the goal.
4.) Goalies cannot be body checked in the defensive half of the rink.
5.) Goalies have 10 seconds to clear the ball from the crease.
6.) No long poles allowed, maximum stick length, 46 inches.
7.) A boarding penalty may result in an ejection.

Men's League Rules

2.) Body Holds are only allowed within the offensive arc.
3.) The offensive team has 30 seconds to make a shot on goal.
A shot on goal shall be defined as the ball making contact with the goalkeeper (while the goaltender is within the crease), goalposts or crossbar prior to crossing the goal line. The shot must originate from the front or side of the goal.
